Patrick De Brock Gallery is very pleased to present its first exhibition with the French painter Loïc Raguénès.

Working out of his studio in Brittany, Loïc Raguénès revels in the romanticism of his backyard – an ancient province on the sea. The artist’s thoughts tend to play themselves out in series. His latest body of work, Mists, exists in this contemplative mode. Much like his paintings of the weather and atmosphere, the rhythmic patterns found in Mists draw loosely upon nature, but his wavy lines are as figurative as they are abstract.

The exhibition, titled "Chat Pluie", will feature a number of recent paintings from Raguénès’ Mist series.
